Peace Through Mary
The world is not at peace…the world cannot have peace…until we do what God asked of us.
On July 13, 1917 The Mother of God said: To save people from hell God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart…
If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted (many souls will be saved) and there will be peace; if not, Russia will spread her errors (Marxism) throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be annihilated.
To prevent this, She asked 4 things:
1. Consecration to Her Immaculate Heart
a. First Russia
b. Every human heart
2. Conversion
3. Rosary
4. Reparation
In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world.
Our Lady gave us the means to Triumph and the era of peace – by establishing devotion to her Immaculate Heart. That is the main ambition of this Movement – to lead people to Jesus, the Prince of Peace, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary begins with Consecration
Consecration is the process of the Holy Spirit forming Jesus within us. Think of the Consecration of the Eucharist.
· The bell is rung at the prayer of the epiclesis
· The priest asks God the Father to send the Holy Spirit to transform the bread and wine into Jesus.
· Consecration is the Holy Spirit bringing Jesus into a soul or into the bread and wine to transform what he enters into himself
It is the maternal mission of the Holy Spirit to conceive and form Jesus in souls. This is accomplished through a collaboration between the Holy Spirit and Mary. Since the Holy Spirit forms Jesus with and through Mary,
· The more we unconditionally entrust ourselves to Mary,
· the more we belong to Mary,
· the more the Spirit may form Christ with us
· that is why we consecrate ourselves to Mary, why we seek to belong entirely to Her.
Jesus gave himself entirely to Mary to be an embryo in her womb and a little child in her care. His consecration was the first step to living a personal relationship with Mary. Once we consecrate ourselves to Mary then we go on to live a personal relationship, a deep friendship with her moment to moment and day after day.
Our Lady asks for a deeper Conversion
When a newspaper posed the question, What’s Wrong with the World? G. K. Chesterton wrote a brief letter in response:
“Dear Sirs:
I am.
Sincerely Yours,
G. K. Chesterton.”
The CCC 2606 reminds us that all the troubles of humanity for all time find their root cause in original sin and personal sin. Everyone wants to change the world, but no one wants to change themselves.
If we want peace, then we must be completely converted. We must change: Turn away from sin and turn toward God through a life of grace and virtue.
The Rosary
In every approved apparition since Fatima, when asked: What do you want us to do? Mary responded: “Pray the Rosary every day in order to obtain peace for the world…
There you go.
This request was renewed last October at Akita Japan, where she asked for a 2nd penitential Rosary to be prayed each day.
Things were looking pretty good in October. I wondered why she asked us to up our game. Now I see why. Guess we better respond.
Reparation
At Fatima Mary asked the three young children, 10, 8, 7
“Are you willing to offer yourselves to God and bear all the sufferings He wills to send you, as an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended, and of supplication for the conversion of sinners?”
‘Yes, we are willing.’
“Then you are then going to have much to suffer, but the grace of God will be your comfort.”
On December 10th, 1925, Mary appeared to Sr. Lucia of Fatima in this way: By her side, elevated on a luminous cloud, was a child. The most holy Virgin rested her hand on her shoulder, and as she did so, she showed her a heart encircled by thorns, which she was holding in her other hand. At the same time, the Child said: "Have compassion on the Heart of your most holy Mother, covered with thorns, with which ungrateful men pierce it at every moment, and there is no one to make an act of reparation to remove them." Then the most holy Virgin said: "Look, my daughter, at my Heart, surrounded with thorns with which ungrateful men pierce me every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude. You at least try to console me…”
Hear the Child Jesus and the Virgin Mary speak to you: Look my son, my daughter at my Heart, surrounded by thorns. Will you console me by removing the thorns?
How Mother, how are we to do this?
By accepting sacrifices, suffering and loss for the love of Jesus, for the conversion of sinners; and in reparation for the sins committed against My Immaculate Heart.
In this way you will console my Heart and the Heart of my Son.
