Our Lady’s message from Argentina
Our meditation today arises from the approved apparition of Jesus and Mary to Gladys Quirogo de Motta, a wife and mother of two daughters, in San Nicolas, Argentina from October 13, 1983 to February 11, 1990. You may find a full explanation of this apparition in the Study written by Fr. Rene Laurentin entitled An Appeal from Mary in Argentina.
Jesus said: Today I warn the world, for the world is not aware: souls are in danger. Many are lost. Few will find salvation unless they accept me as their Savior. My Mother must be accepted. My Mother must be heard in the totality of her messages. The world must discover the richness which she brings to Christians. The children of sin will grow up in sin if their unbelief increases. I want a renewal of the spirit, a detachment from death, and an attachment to life. I have chosen the heart of my mother, so that what I ask will be achieved. Souls will come to me through the means of her Immaculate Heart.
God’s warning over the world
Mary said, “God's warning is over the world. Those who stay in the Lord have nothing to fear, but those who deny what comes from him do. Two-thirds of the world is lost (in danger of rejecting God and Heaven) and the other part must pray and make reparation for the Lord to take pity. The devil wants to have full domination over the earth. He wants to destroy. The earth is in great danger."
“My daughter, as previously in Fatima, today my visits are renewed on Earth. They are more frequent and more prolonged, because humanity is passing through very dramatic times. Has man not understood that he must be uniquely at the service of God? If he resists, his soul is going to perish.”
There is an urgency to the messages of Jesus and Mary at San Nicolas. December 30, 1989, Jesus said: “Formerly, the world was saved by the ark of Noah. Today the Ark is My Mother. Through her, souls will be saved, because she will lead them to me. He who rejects My Mother rejects Me! Many are letting the grace of God pass by in these days.”
Lead people to Mary who will lead them to Jesus. The rain is falling, and it is time to get everyone into the Ark, which is the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Marian Consecration
On October 13, 1988, Our Lady insisted: I am the Mother, who since she spoke to you the first day and since then, does not cease to speak words of faith in God, at the same time calling men to prayer and conversion. Mankind must understand that these messages reinforce the love of the Mother of Heaven for her children. These messages must be received in humility with an open heart. It is good that my children know that I ask them for consecration since, when they are consecrated to my heart, they belong also to the mother as well as to my Son Jesus. My own light will remove all darkness by permitting my children to walk on the path which God has established.
Renew your consecration each day and many times a day with the short prayer: I am all yours and all that is mine is yours. Totus Tuus
Our weapon, the Rosary
“The weapon that has the greatest influence on evil is to say the Rosary."
On April 10, 1986 the visionary reported she saw an enormous crown of white rosaries. Then Mary, the Mother of God said to her: You see this crown because this is what I want you to do, create a real crown of rosaries. Pray my daughter pray. How many mouths remain silent, still without even knowing a single prayer which may bring them close to the Lord! The Holy Rosary is the weapon which the enemy fears. It is also the refuge of those who look for relief for their sufferings, and it is the door to enter into my heart. Glory to the Lord for the Light which He gives the world.
Our five weapons to fight with
Mary has given us 5 weapons by which to fight:
Consecration to her Immaculate Heart
Pray the Rosary every day
Be more personally converted each day by means of prayer, Sacraments and the practice of virtue
Leverage your own cross by accepting with trust and offering with love what you did not choose, do not like and cannot change.
Live a simple way of life of Friendship through invitation, hospitality, sharing life together and good conversation and prayer, inviting others into this way of life.
So I am inviting you to become members of this movement, this movement of the Holy Family, this Rosary Brigade. And what do I want you to do?
Fight with the weapons Our Lady has given us
If you join this movement, you will share in the prayers, sacrifices and merits of all those who have banded together. We can Help one another by sharing in the prayers, sacrifices and graces of the members – And when that is 10s of 1000s of people – that is a lot of grace and power to be shared. Why miss out on that
Invite others to encounter Jesus through Mary especially through friendship and the Rosary podcast
Take spiritual responsibility for 4-5 people (maybe its just your own immediate family or expand it to others) but take responsibility for others and help them grow in relationship with Jesus through Mary
