Nicholas Hinkel

Community Development Director

Nicholas is the son of co-founder Troy Hinkel, and has five other siblings. Since age 7, Nicholas has received School of Faith's offerings of formation, and these have shaped the trajectory of his life, leading him to pursue a career of catechesis and service. Nicholas attended Benedictine College where he received a bachelor's degree in theology and philosophy.

Joining the School of Faith team in 2019, Nicholas has continued to take part in the formation School of Faith offers, graduating from the School of Faith's Catholic Spiritual Mentors Program in 2021. He is grateful and excited to continue working for such an impactful organization dedicated to leading souls to Christ. 

Nicholas, his wife Francine, and their sons Isaac and James attend Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Overland Park.
